Dennis D. Anderson serves as President of the Board and is a founder of the Company. Mr. Anderson holds a Bachelor of Science degree from South Dakota State University . He worked eight years for the USDA, then left to pursue his entrepreneurial interests in Wall, SD. He is currently Vice President and a Board member of Full House, Inc., a Hotel/Casino gaming company; Partner/Co-manager of Anderson Brothers Farms; Partner/Co-manager of Anderson Investments; Managing Partner of Lazy BS-LLP, a farm/ranch company; and Partner Co-manager of Elkton House Restaurant.
In addition to founding the above companies, Mr. Anderson has performed due-diligence for many other potential ventures, and has performed consulting services for various gaming and hotel ventures. He has invested in many publicly traded technology companies over the years, and has been a student of innovation, entrepreneurism, and new technologies, attending national and international conferences on those subjects. Anderson also has extensive involvement in non-profit community and industry development organizations. He serves on the board of the South Dakota Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Deadwood Chamber of Commerce, Black Hills Central Reservations, South Dakota Visitor Industry Alliance, Wall Economic Development Committee, Neighborhood Housing of Wall, and Deadwood Economic Development
Mr. Anderson will utilize his statewide community and industry contacts to assist in fund raising, and will lend his experience in financial projections, market research, and other skills related to performing due-diligence for potential investments. Anderson also offers significant hands on experience in start-up ventures, and will help to develop the exit strategies for the Company's investments.

James H. Mirehouse serves as a member of the Board and is a founder of the Company. Mr. Mirehouse is the CEO of the Company. Mr. Mirehouse attended the University of Montana majoring in Range-Management and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business degree from Troy State University and is a "distinguished graduate" of the Department of Defense senior officer War College . He joined the US Air Force in 1955 and retired with the rank of Colonel in 1977 to begin a career in banking. Increasing levels of banking responsibility led to the position of Regional Manager of South Dakota for U S Bancorp from which he retired in 2001.
Mr. Mirehouse has had extensive involvement in various professional, civic and economic development organizations. Currently he is a member of NAJA Shrine, Masonic Lodge 220; Rapid City Chamber of Commerce; Ellsworth Task Force; Past President of the South Dakota Bankers Association; Mt. Rushmore Society and recently completed terms on Sioux Falls Chamber of Commerce Board; Children's Care Hospital and School; Washington Pavilion; Sioux Falls Downtown Club; Convention Visitors Bureau; SE South Dakota Economic Council; Workforce Development Council Sioux Falls; and Rapid City Economic Partnership. He also currently serves on the loan committee of Rural Collaborative for low-income housing loans in Idaho , Montana , South Dakota and Oregon and on the regional Northern Great Plains Economic Initiatives Board. He served as chairperson for the development of the Rapid City Cultural Plan; Community Development Corporation and Sioux Falls Cultural Plan. He chaired $2.8 million fund drive to complete the small theater at the Washington Pavilion and was team leader in the $4 million drive for Forward Sioux Falls economic development initiatives.
Mr. Mirehouse has been extensively involved in the organizational aspects of the Company. As CEO he is responsible for all of the ongoing investment programs and administrative functions of the Company.

Stanford M. Adelstein serves as Vice President of the Board and is a founder of the Company. He holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering and a B.S. in Business Administration (Finance): from the University of Colorado . Mr. Adelstein has numerous business and professional interests including: President and Chief Executive Officer - Northwestern Engineering Company, NSE Management Company, Rapid City SD; Chairman - Rapid City Defense Housing, Rapid City SD; Director and Investor - Rushmore Bank & Trust, Rapid City, SD; Partner - Dakota Net (ISP), Rapid City, SD; Chairman - Holiday Inn of the Northern Black Hills, Spearfish, SD, Member - Chief Executives Organization - Rockville, MD.
In addition, Mr. Adelstein has had substantial service to the U.S. Government including: Civilian Aide to the Secretary of the Army (South Dakota): Presidential appointment to the National Council on Economic Opportunity, Washington, DC; Advisory Council of the Ninth Federal Reserve Bank, Minneapolis, MN; Governor's Board of Economic Development (South Dakota); National Defense Executive Reserve (25 years). Mr. Adelstein currently is a State Legislator serving in the South Dakota State House of Representatives.
As a member of the Governor's Office of Economic Development as well as a Director of Rushmore Bank & Trust, Stan Adelstein has had the responsibility to evaluate start up operations. In both cases he has met with principals of new companies for the purpose of examining the practicality of credit/cash flow outline in business plans. He has financed and served on the Board of such disparate startups as a free standing medical/surgical facility, Native American construction company, quartz mining and fabrication, and an internet source provider. In each case he has assisted the entrepreneur in securing financing, establishing reliable cost accounting and financial bench marks. He is presently assisting, as an investor and director, in a new winery and a historical building restoration.

Ted C. Pettyjohn serves as Secretary of the Board and is a founder of the Company. He holds a B.S. in Biological Sciences from South Dakota State University . Mr. Pettyjohn is the founder and President of LZS, Inc., a consulting firm that provides sales, marketing, and business development services to established companies and start-up ventures. From 1989 to 1997 he held various management positions in sales and marketing for Amgen, the world's largest biotechnology company. Mr. Pettyjohn has been involved as a founder and investor in several start-up ventures including Phase Technologies, LLC, Optical Detection Systems, Inc., and Colorado Biolabs, Inc. He is experienced in raising investment capital through private placement offerings, negotiation of equity purchase agreements, strategic alliances in business development and marketing, and has produced business plans and financial pro formas for several start-up companies. He currently serves as a Managing Member and Chief Financial Officer of Phase Technologies, LLC, and as a Board Member of Optical Detection Systems, Inc. As Secretary of the Board, Mr. Pettyjohn will participate in screening and evaluation of potential investments; at participate in oversight of investee companies.

David A. Geisler serves as a member of the Board and is a founder of the Company. He holds a Primary Education Degree fro Concodia Teacher's College and a Masters Degree in Psychology from Oregon State University , Corvallis Oregon . Mr. Geisler has owned a Ford Automobile Dealership in Murdo , South Dakota , and presently owns Pioneer Auto Museum , one of the largest antique car collection in the United States . This enterprise includes over two hundred fifty collectable cars, motorcycles, tractors, music boxes, bygone toys, u nostalgic item. In addition, he is actively involved in motel, store, antique car auction, and automobile dealership businesses in the Murdo area. Mr. Geisler is currently serving as a Board Member of West River Economic Development Board, the West Central Electric Co-op a South Dakota Tourism Board, is active in local church activities, Chamber of Commerce and Lion's Club. Mr. Geisler will serve on the Board in the role of evaluating opportunities and mentoring entrepreneurs.

Lisa K. Uhlir serves as member of the Board.  She holds a Bachelor's of Science in Communication Disorders and a Master's in Education from South Dakota State University .  She served as a Speech Therapist in the public school systems from 1984-1986 and as a Program Advisor in the Department of Student Activities at SDSU from 1986-1989.  She joined AFLAC in 1990, the world leader in supplemental health insurance named as a Fortune 500 company & topping the list of insurers amongst Forbes Global Business & Finance magazine list of "The 400 Best Companies."  She was responsible for recruiting/training/managing sales associates on selling strategies for offering employee benefits to companies through worksite marketing--her organization was #1 in sales company wide 2 consecutive years.  Ms. Uhlir owns Webfoot, LLC and is an investor in several commercial properties and Vision Care Administrators, Inc.  She presently is a board member for Sioux Falls Sales & Marketing Executives & the Willow Ridge Homeowners Association, as well as a member of the Chamber of Commerce, National Association of Insurance & Financial Advisors-SD, & active in the Easter Seal's Society, American Diabetes Association, & Hilltop United Methodist Church .

Born August 3, 1949 , in Tyndall South Dakota, Pat is one of six children born to George and Lillian Tlustos. George was an educator with the Bureau of Indian Affairs working and living on a number of reservations in South Dakota , Kansas , Oklahoma and Utah during Pat’s youth.
A South Dakota School of Mines and Technology graduate with a degree in Civil Engineering, Pat has spent the majority of his adult life in the Black Hills area, working in and around the heavy highway construction and real-estate development businesses. He and his wife, Mary, reside in Rapid City and are actively involved in a wide number of business and community ventures.
Pat was President of Hills Materials Company Inc (a 400 plus person firm specializing in construction materials and highway paving) up until its sale in 1998. Since that time, he has continued on as President of Hills Products Group, a regional company involved in both owned and managed residential and commercial real estate, lumber production and sales, hotel and motels, apartments and site development. In addition, his personal ventures include the development of several 24 to 96 unit apartment complexes, ommercial real estate ventures, subdivision development and, most recently, as one of the owners and managing partners of a 24 bed Surgical Hospital .
