Capital Requests

Information needed by Genesis Equity Fund, LLC to review a request for capital:

• BUSINESS PLAN: A document your company will use for long range planning. It needs to be well thought out and realistic. Attached please find a guide for business plan preparation. Resources are available to assist in this effort via the Small Business Development Center at 605-394-5311.
• RESUMES FOR THE PRINCIPALS and KEY MANAGEMENT POSITIONS. These need to be very detailed and thoroughly outline the duties of the key managers.
• CURRENT and HISTORICAL FINANCIAL STATEMENTS and PROJECTIONS. Detail all assumptions and include industry comparables if available. Discuss environmental impacts as appropriate.
• CAPITAL AMOUNT REQUIRED. Disclose in full detail on Sources and Uses of funds.
• INCLUDE ANY OTHER PERTINENT INFORMATION YOU FEEL EXPLAINS YOUR COMPANY VISION.

We will provide an indication of interest within five days of receipt of all the above information.

The process of formal commitment, terms and investment will take 30 to 60 days.
